The Envelope began as a brick-and-mortar stationery boutique in September 2005, in charming Centerville, Ohio. We had all the best things in paper… gift wrap, journals, address books, note cards, and invitations for every occasion. Paper was HOT, let me tell you.

Then in 2017, after a frenzied decade in retail, I wanted to slow things down a bit, so what once was a storefront became a home-based invitation and design studio. It was cozy, it was appointment-based, and it was exactly what I needed at that point.

Before long, it was 2020. And largely due to circumstances outside of my control (global pandemic, anyone?), I had to once again shift my perspective a bit. Invitations took on a smaller role, and marketing and graphic design ramped up as we all went a little more digital.

While I miss my lovely little shop, I do still have several beautiful invitation and stationery lines, including a gorgeous letterpress line and a creative invitation studio where the sky is the limit. I have enjoyed over 20 years in the wedding and invitation industry, and I also provide graphic design services for everything from logos to print media and more.
