I take pictures, too
Sometime in early 2011, my brother gifted me with a Canon Rebel XS. I had no idea what to do with it, so I just started shooting. And while many of those early shots are fairly cringe-worthy, I still like to look back through my photo archives and see how I’ve grown over the years as an artist.
The thing I love most about photography is that it gives me a new perspective–a new way of seeing the world. My primary focus is composition; I like to find unique ways of seeing things and I love to capture interesting angles, perspectives, movement, textures, words, and emotions.
Some of my work is travel based, so you’ll see photos from all across the U.S. as well as from some trips abroad. I also participate in local art shows and events from time to time.
If you’re interested, you can follow my photography on Instagram or Flickr (I’ve included a small sampling of my work below). I’m happy to quote out prints for sale, including various framing options. It’s always an honor to have my work displayed in someone’s home, office, or studio. Please reach out if anything catches your eye or speaks to your soul.
Thanks for following along, friends.
